Oct 6, 11:25 PM To my delight the other day when I was in my local bookstore, I came upon Cafe Paradiso Seasons cookbook. When I was in Cork 3-4 years ago, I was stunned by the food I had at the restaurant and went back again in my 3 day visit. The cookbook I purchased then was written, of course, for your cooking settings, so this one I can actually try and recreate the beautiful food in it without burning it.Thank you for such wonderful food and now, recipes. Also it’s the first time I have seen the use of pumpkin oil that I have on the shelf and never have used.

Oct 6, 11:24 PM We were visting Cork for the first time this weekend and decided to have a meal with you on friday night as it had been recommended in the guidebook. we were lucky to get a table and have got to admit that it was the best meal we have ever had. It will make coming back to Ireland and Cork sometime soon a definite need to do and we haven’t stopped recommending you to our friends since getting back home. We had a meal at Raymond blancs restaurant le manoir de quatre saisons last year and you more than compare.
